1. Check the calendar to ensure the desired time period is available!
  2. Enter your name and e-mail address in the spaces provided.
  3. Enter the Webinar Title, minimum length is 5 characters.
  4. Click the radio button to select Webinar or Meeting
  5. Enter the Name of the Webinar Leader, if different than yours.
  6. Select the starting and ending times. By default, the ending time is 120 minutes after the start.
  7. Enter the Names of Panelists (Webinars only).
  8. Enter the Names of those who should be invited to attend.
  9. Click the Send Request Button to e-mail form to ADSO-CS Webinar. A copy will be shown on the screen and be sent to address entered.
